Adjustment request would only be accepted in accordance with the photos provided and request made which are confirmed by the personnel of Figure-Concept.com when you place your order.
Once the production has began, no change could be made
- Please keep in mind that all our bobble head figures are handcrafted by artists and they are a kind of art. The bobble head figures are not meant to be an exact duplication of the person. Resemblance might vary with the photo(s) provided..
- No reversal request will be accepted once adjustment is made
- Long air exposure could cause damage to semi-product. Please E-MAIL us your acknowledgement or adjustment request within three days after receiving our update photos. Otherwise, it would be considered “go-ahead” in order to ensure the quality of our product and Figure-Concept.com reserve the right to make the final decision in this regard
- Please contact us if you do not receive any update photo from us in 5 working days after payment made
- The term “Working day” means Monday to Friday which is Non-Public Holiday in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) of the People's Republic of China
- Figure-Concept.com reserve the right to make the final decision on any dispute
